New Website On The Way!

Over the close season, we will be preparing a completely new website, that we hope will give our readers a site that is easier to read, with additional information and new features. We will also be adding extra facilities for our members, such as a forum and personal messaging.

The website will be unavailable for a time at the beginning of June so we can put the finishing touches to the new site.

We look forward to welcoming you to our new site before the beginning of the new season!
Shares in CCFC (Holdings) Ltd
Wednesday, 12 December 2007

Given the reported current potential takeover situation at Coventry City Football Club, the Sky Blue Trust has, reluctantly, accepted that if CCFC is to avoid the catastrophic ramifications of administration, minority shareholders may have to accept relinquishing their shareholding to Mr Ranson & SISU to smooth the deal through. In administration the current shares would almost certainly be worthless, as indeed already the case with the shares in a club with a reported +£38m debt.

Gig Night
Monday, 10 December 2007
In order to raise funds for the Sky Blue Trust/Coventry Times “Your City needs you” appeal, local bands have organised a 'Support the City' night at The Phoenix, Gosford Street, on Monday 10th December at 7.30pm. Tickets are priced at £3.00 and are available on the door.

Paul Ryan from Circle 3, who are releasing their debut single that day said, ”All bands support or have at least two Coventry City supporters and are all really up for doing this to help raise awareness about the clubs future.

We plan to do this one off to see how it goes, then move it to a bigger venue with a bigger line up if it’s a success. I guess uniting football and music together.

I think this will be a great night as all bands are from
Coventry, I've seen them all play so know how good they all are. We had quite a response from bands wanting to jump on board this event.”

Full details are available at www.projectcircle3.com.

All funds raised from the night will go to the appeal which is raising funds for youth development and the Academy of Coventry City Football Club and has the full backing of Coventry City Football Club.
